The primary role of SWISSPEAK Resorts is to provide easy access to exceptional and authentic destinations in the Swiss Alps. Each residence in Zinal, Brigels, Meiringen, Vercorin, and Thyon 4 Vallées is designed for successful and intense holidays.

Philippe Lathion, former president of Télénendaz, created the Mountain Resort Real Estate Fund SICAV in 2011 to finance tourist residences in the Alps. In 2016, SWISSPEAK Resorts obtained its first permit for Vercorin, followed by Zinal and Meiringen. The goal: to offer apartments with high-tech hotel services and a unique tourist experience. The fund aims for ten residences by 2024.
